Rack of Lamb for Two

1 rack of lamb, 8 ribs
3 tablespoons stoneground mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Trim all visible fat from rack. Sir together remaining ingredients. Spread on outside of lamb. If desired, lamb may be marinated for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator for maximum flavor. Place lamb on rack in oven broiler pan. Roast in preheated 425 degree oven for 25 minutes until medium rare or meat thermometer registers 150 degrees.
