Piquant America's Cut Pork Chops
These flavorful pork chops are sure winners at a barbecue.

4 pork center loin chops, boneless, 1 1/4-inch thick each
1 six-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 tablespoon stoneground mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup

Combine all ingredients except chops and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag, seal. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center, banked by medium-hot coals. Remove chops from marinade. Grill chops 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. (OR: broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12 to 15 minutes).
