1 cup brown rice
3- 1/2 cups water

1. Combine brown rice and 1 1/2 cups of the water in a metal bowl that fits in the cooker loosely.
2. Pour 2 cups of water into bottom of the cooker and put the bowl with the rice on a rack in cooker.
3. Close the cooker and cook for 10 minutes with slow steam escape from the regulator.
4. Remove from the heat and let the pressure drop by itself.
5. Open cooker and allow rice to steam for 5 mins.
