2 Breaded Chicken Patties, frozen
2 large pita bread
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
shredded lettuce
tomato, slices

Heat the chicken patties as instructed on the label. Cut the top 1/3 of the pita bread off and spread 1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise in each pocket. Place lettuce and tomatoes in pocket. Follow with chicken patty.

Why not put cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes and green peppers on a wooden skewer and offer their favorite flavor of dip to accompany these pockets? All very quick to prepare as well as easy to pick up and enjoy!
