Weight Watchers Chili Style Soup
Lots of fiber, everything comes from a can, souper easy. Approx. 3 pts/bowl.
Serves: 8-10?
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes


1 can V8® Vegetable Juice
2 cans chili beans
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can vegetables, (i.e., carrots, zuccini, etc.)
1 can sliced potatoes
2 cups dried pasta, your choice

Just open all the cans, dump them in a big pot, throw in the pasta, and heat to boiling. Turn the heat down and simmer until pasta is al dente. Serve. (You can add a sprinkle of cheese on top, but don`t forget to add the points.)
