3/4 cup onion, chopped

2 tablespoons margarine
|
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
|
1 cup ham, diced, cooked
|
10 ounces frozen corn
|
1 cup cream style corn
|
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
|
1 1/2 cups milk
|
salt
|
black pepper
|
parsley flakes
|

Combine onion, margarine, potatoes, ham, corn, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on High 4 to 5 hours. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley flakes.
