1 orange peel
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup almonds, whole with skin
3 quarts cranberry juice
1 quart pineapple juice
1/2 to 1 quart port wine, ruby

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a crock pot and heat. Once the
sugar is completely dissolved add the remaining ingredients and
allow to come to a pleasing temperature (130-140 F).

Note: The nonalcoholic version can be made by omitting the ruby
port wine.
