1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained
3/4 cup walnuts, toasted
1 cup fresh basil, loosely packed
3/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Dash salt

Comine sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts, basil, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic, and pepper in a food processor. Process until ingredients are thoroughly chopped, but not pureed. Add salt to taste. Cover and refrigerate or freeze.
