1 can (5-6 ounces) King crabmeat, or lobster
2-3 tablespoons dry sherry
1 can condensed cream of pea soup
1 can condensed tomato soup
2 1/4 cups light cream
chopped fresh parsley, or whipped cream

Pour sherry on crabmeat and marinate 2 hours in refrigerator. Combine soups with cream. Heat; do not boil. Add crab and sherry; bring to the boiling point. Top with whipped cream or chopped parsley.
