Mandarin Seafood Salad

1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
6 cups salad greens, torn
1 (8 ounce) package surimi seafood, broken into bite-sized pieces
11 ounces canned mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup radishes, sliced
1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 cup green onion

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake well until smooth and well-blended. Refrigerate until needed. Combine remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.
