Turkey Fajitas with Adobo Sauce

1 pound turkey breast, uncooked, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, cut in 1/4 inch slices
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1/2 cup American Spoon Adobo Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
8 small flour tortillas

In a large sautè pan, heat peanut oil until hot. Carefully add turkey breast and stir quickly. Add onions, peppers, and garlic. Sautè for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add tomato and stir for an additional minute. Lower heat and add the Adobo Sauce, mix well. Remove from heat. Spread a thin layer of sour cream and cheese on tortilla. Spoon on approximately 1/2 cup of turkey breast and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro, roll tortilla and serve immediately.
