6 slices bacon, diced
6 eggs, beaten
14 ounces shrimp, chow mein, well drained
1 recipe soy sauce, Foo Yong
1 (1 cup) beef bouillon packet
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Cook bacon in skillet until crisp; drain. Combine eggs with shrimp chow mien. Add bacon and blend well. For each patty, pour 1/3 cup egg mixture onto hot, well greased skillet. Using spatula, push egg mixture into patty shape. Cook until golden brown on one side; turn and brown other side. Place patties on warm platter and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm. When all egg mixture has been cooked, spoon Foo Yong Sauce over patties.
