Shrimps and Grapes and Mushrooms

1 pound large shrimp
2 teaspoons Crisco® Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 green onions, thinly sliced
1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 cups grapes, halved

Peel entire shell off shrimp and rinse. Heat oil in medium skillet. Add shrimp, sugar, pepper and green onion. Saute for about 5 minutes until shrimp are pink. Add mushrooms, lemon juice and mustard. Saute for 2 minutes. Add grapes and heat through, about 2 minutes. Do not overcook or let dish sit too long after cooking since mushrooms will lose their water.
