1/2 cup flour
1 cup cake flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
8 tablespoons margarine, room temperature
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 375 F. In a medium bowl, mix first eight ingredients thoroughly. In a large bowl, blend the next five ingredients on medium speed about three minutes or until a thorough consistency is reached.
Gradually add dry ingredients mixture to peanut butter mixture while mixing continuously. Stir in mini-marshmallows.
Using your hands, ball 1 tablespoon of cookie dough and place on a lightly greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake the cookies until they rise and arelightly browned, about 10 to 12 minutes. Using a metal spatula, transfer cookies to cooling racks.
Immediately after the cookies are out of the oven, place the peanut butter morsels in the marshmallow craters and allow cookies to cool.
