Turkey Salad in Sesame Pitas

2 cups turkey, cooked and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup seedless grapes, halves
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons tahini
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 leaves lettuce
4 sesame pitas

In medium bowl combine turkey, celery, grape halves, and sunflower seeds.

In small bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, tahini, salt, and pepper. Fold dressing into turkey mixture. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

To serve, cut 3/4 inch from top of pita and line pita with lettuce leaf. Fill with 1 cup turkey salad.
