Easy Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry

1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 small zucchini, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
1 small red or green pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 cup)
1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions
1/2 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon cornstarch




Toss the chicken with the teriyaki sauce until evenly coated. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in batches, and cook until it's browned, stirring often. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Stir the zucchini, pepper and 2/3 cup onions in the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring often. Return the chicken to the skillet.
Stir the dressing and cornstarch in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth. Stir the mixture in the skillet. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens and the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
