Sideline Spicy Bean Spread
Unexpected guests are no problem when you keep white beans and chunky salsa in the pantry.  Mix them with cilantro and a dash of lime juice, to make this scrumptious spread for crackers.

1 can (about 16 ounces) white kidney beans (cannellini), rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups Pace® Chunky Salsa
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
Assorted Pepperidge Farm® cracker

Mash the beans lightly in a 1-quart bowl with a fork. Stir in the salsa, cilantro and lime juice. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve with the crackers.
