Kiwifruit and Grape Rice Pudding

3 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup rice
2 kiwi fruit, pared, sliced, and quartered
1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1 tablespoon margarine
slices kiwi fruit

Combine milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Heat until small bubbles form around the edge of the pan. Stir in rice. Cok, covered, over low heat about 45 minutes or until rice is tender and most of the milk is absorbed. Stir occasionally. Stir in kiwi quarters, grapes and margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar; garnish with kiwifruit slices. Serve immediately.

Ready prepared cinnamon sugar may be used or you can make your own by combining four teaspoons of sugar with one teaspoon ground cinnamon.
