11 medium potato (about 3 1/2 pounds), thinly sliced (about 11 cups)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons dried basil leaves, crushed

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
|
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic)

Layer half the potatoes, garlic, basil and black pepper in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Repeat the layers. Pour the broth over the potato mixture. Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender.
