Turkey Broth

4 cups water
|
turkey giblets
|
1 stalk celery, sliced
|
1 carrot, sliced
|
1 onion, sliced
|
1 bay leaf
|
3 parsley sprigs
|
4 peppercorns
|

In large saucepan, over high heat, bring water, giblets, celery, carrot, onion, bay leaf, parsley, and peppercorns to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover saucepan and simmer mixture about one hour.
Strain broth and refrigerate until ready to make gravy, dressing or soup. In small container store giblets in refrigerator until ready to make gravy or dressing.
