4 cups rice, cooked, cooled
3 cups pork roast, cold, cooked, cut into long strips 1/4 inch wide
2 cups celery, diagonally sliced
2 cups bean sprouts, fresh
1 8 ounce can canned waterchestnuts, sliced, drained
1 6 ounce can canned bamboo shoots, sliced, drained
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 5 ounce can chow mein noodles
1/4 cup pimento, chopped

Combine rice, pork, celery, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and onions in large bowl. Blend mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger, mustard, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl. Stir into rice mixture; toss lightly. Chill. Serve topped with chow mein noodles.
