Lamb Piccata

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup beef broth, reduced sodium
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup beef broth, reduced sodium
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 pound lamb sirloin, cut in 1/4-inch slices

In 10-inch skillet, heat oil and saute lamb until browned on all sides. Remove lamb and keep warm. Saute mushrooms and garlic; add to lamb. Add 1/4 cup broth and wine to skillet; simmer over medium high heat until mixture is reduced by half. Add remaining broth and reduce slightly. Stir in pepper, paprika, lamb and mushrooms and reheat over low heat. Granish with capers and chopped parsley.
