Lamb Sandwich With Raita

3/4 cup seeded and diced cucumber
3/4 cup, seeded and diced tomato
1 medium jalapeno, stemmed, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
8 ounces plain lowfat yogurt
1-1 1/2 1 lbs. leg of lamb, roasted or grilled
4 pita pockets
3 medium romaine lettuce, leaves, shredded

Stir together the cucumber, tomato, jalapeno, coriander, yogurt and a pinch of salt to make the raita. Thinly slice the lamb.

Stuff the pita pockets with lamb and lettuce. Spoon the raita over the top and serve.
