Beef au jus with Chives

1 tbsp. cornstarch
|
1 can (14 ounces) beef broth
|
1 tbsp. chopped chives
|

In cup mix 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/4 cup broth until smooth. Set aside. In small saucepan over medium-high heat, heat remaining broth to a boil. Stir cornstarch mixture and add. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add chives. Serve with Beef Wellington. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
