2 cups Pace® Chunky Salsa or 2 cups Pace® Picante Sauce
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 pkg. (about 10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 cup chopped pitted ripe olives

MIX salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, spinach and olives. Heat through, stirring.

SERVE with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or bread cubes for dipping. Makes about 5 cups.

To thaw spinach, microwave on HIGH 3 min., breaking apart with fork halfway through heating.
