1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain white rice
1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 medium carrot, sliced
2 green onions, thickly sliced
1/2 cup frozen peas

SPRAY nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add egg and cook until set. Remove egg.

REMOVE skillet from heat and spray with cooking spray. Add rice and cook until browned.

ADD broth, soy, garlic, ginger and carrot. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. Add onions and peas. Cook 5 min. or until done. Stir in egg and heat through.
