Mini Meat Pies

1/2 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon beef bouillon
1 (11 ounce) package pie crust mix

Preheat oven to 400°F in medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pie crust mix; mix well. Prepare pie crust mix as package directs. Divide dough in half. On floured surface, roll out half the dough to 10x13 inch rectangle, 1/8 inch thick; cut into 20 2 1/2 inch) squares. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon meat mixture in center of each square; fold as desired. Repeat with remaining dough and mea mixture. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot. Refrigereate leftovers.
