Marinated Vegetable and Seafood Kabobs

1 cup Italian salad dressing, prepared
3/4 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL® Seafood Cocktail Sauce
8 ounces jumbo shrimp, raw
1 container cherry tomatoes
1 green bell pepper, quartered
5 skewers

PREHEAT grill or broiler.

COMBINE dressing and cocktail sauce in small bowl; reserve *1/4 cup. Pour *remaining marinade into flat dish or heavy-duty plastic bag. Add shrimp, tomatoes, onions and bell pepper. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours; drain.

ALTERNATELY thread shrimp, tomatoes, onions and bell pepper onto skewers. Grill or broil kabobs, turning and basting frequently with *reserved marinade, for 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
