Molded Neptune Salad
This is a great seafood salad to serve at a picnic.
Serves: 6-8
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5-10 minutes


1 can condensed tomato soup
2 small packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
2 cans (7-8 ounces each) lobster, shrimp or tuna; or 1 can (1 pound) red salmon
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Stir tomato soup and cream cheese in top of double boiler. Soften gelatin in cold water and add to soup mixture. Mix well and heat over boiling water until gelatin dissolves. Add remaining ingredients in order listed. Mix well. Chill until firm.
