Blender Mayonnaise
This quick dressing is really easy to make and tastes great because it is fresh.
Serves: 1-1/4 cups

1 egg
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup salad oil

Beat egg yolks until thick. Beating constantly, slowly add about half of the oil. Add lemon juice, salt, Tabasco and paprika. Continuing to beat, slowly add the remaining oil.
