Green Goddess Dressing
This is a great salad dressing that is not like any other kind of dressing.

1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1 cup salad oil
1/4 cup cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion, grated
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Combine egg yolk, vinegar, anchovy paste and salt in bowl. Beat in the salad oil, 2 tablespoons at a time. Stir in cream, lemon juice, onion, garlic, chives and parsley. Serve on tossed green salad. May also be served with shrimp or crab salad.
