Green-Chili Pie
Easy to make and tastes great!
Serves: 6 to 8
Prep Time: 7 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes


1 can (4 oz.) green chilies
10 ounces grated cheddar cheese
1/2 to 3/4 onion, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with Pam. Seed, wash, and quarter green chilies. Line pie pan with chilies. Mmix cheese and onions and sprinkle over chilies. Combine eggs and salt and pour over cheese. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm or cold. Cheese will puff up and brown while in the oven but will fall when removed.
