Cheese Roll
This cheese roll is easy to make and only takes a few minutes. It's great for a party or just a small get together.
Serves: 2 rolls about 8" long

1 1/4 pounds sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 large package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 to 3/4 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup poppy seeds

Mix cheese together well, kneading with your hands. Grate onion over cheese and knead again. Add pecans and mix well. Form into 2 medium-sized rolls or balls and roll in poppy seeds. Wrap in wax paper and then foil. May be kept in refrigerator for weeks or frozen.
