Irish-Italian Spaghetti Sauce
Canned tomato and cream of mushroom soups mix with seasoned ground beef to make a deliciously different topper for your favorite pasta!
Serves: 6 servings (about 3/4 cup each)

Cook Time: 55 minutes


1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's lightly browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Stir the soups, garlic powder, oregano, hot pepper sauce, salt and black pepper in the skillet and heat to a boil. Cover and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serving Suggestion: Serve the sauce over your favorite pasta.
Ingredient Note: Fresh or canned mushrooms may be added, if desired.
Recipe Note: The recipe may be doubled. It also freezes and reheats very well.
