Bean and Rice Burritos
Each bite of these tasty burritos features a flavorful mixture of beans, Cheddar cheese and rice, kicked up with picante sauce, and wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

Cook Time: 10 minutes


Vegetable cooking spray
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (15.75 ounces) Campbell's® Beans Pork and Beans
1/3 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups hot cooked rice
6 flour tortilla (8-inch), warmed

Spray a 2-quart saucepan with the cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute.  Add the onion and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir the beans, picante sauce, cheese and rice in the saucepan and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
Spoon 1/2 cup bean mixture down the center of each tortilla.  Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and then fold up the ends to enclose the filling.
