Beefy Noodle Skillet
All you need is 30 minutes and some on-hand ingredients to beef-up ramen noodles in this flavorful skillet dish.
Serves: 4 servings (about 1 1/4 cups each)

Cook Time: 25 minutes


2 packages (3 ounces each) beef flavor ramen noodle soup
3/4 pound extra lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
1/4 cup water

Heat 4 cups water in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.  Break up the noodles and stir into the saucepan.  Reduce the heat to medium.  Cook for 3 minutes or until the noodles are tender.  Drain the noodles well in a colander.
Cook the beef, onion and garlic powder in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat.  Pour off any fat.
Stir the tomato soup, water, noodles and 1 ramen seasoning packet in the skillet. (Reserve remaining seasoning packet for another use.)  Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
