Baby Garlic Mashers
Make your family excited for mashed potatoes again.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes


8 small russet potato
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter

Wash potatoes and cut in half to speed cooking time; leave skins on. Boil or microwave potatoes until tender. In a separate sauce pan, heat milk, butter and garlic. Drain potatoes (if boiling) and transfer to a large bowl. Mash potatoes to desired texture. Add milk mixture to mashed potatoes and continue mixing until smooth or to desired texture. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
