Round Steak with Rich Gravy
A classic crockpot dish from the classic cookbook, Crockery Cookery. Just three ingredients and three minutes of your time for tender beef in a delicious gravy.
Serves: 6
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 120 minutes


2 - 2 1/2 pounds round steak
1 package onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Place in crockpot. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes to enjoy all the delicious gravy.
