30 minutes was not anywhere near enough time at 350. Added some finely chopped dried apricots, so I thought cooking time would be less. Had to cook for 45 minutes. The extra finely chopped dried apricots really brought out the flavour. Added an apricot glaze to the top, followed by whipping cream. Had to fight to keep everyone from gorging on cake!!!! A prize winner when slight additions were added!!!

This cake was so good. Even though I left it in the oven 20 minutes too long, it was still very moist. I will definately share this recipe.
