Margaret I would definately make this recipe again with additions to it. I sauteed 1/2 an onion in 3 TBS of oil. Added the rice and garlic. I then added the chicken broth at the right time. After all the broth was pretty well absorbed and the rice cooked thru I added the cheese. Did not taste cheesy enough so I added an additional 2 TBS of the cheese. The onion and the additional cheese made it much more tasty.
