Eunice I have used this recipe for several parties and it has been a success at each. Great appetizers, worth the effort.Dennis This recipe is easy and a terrific appetiser. It needs more frsh and seafood flavour and a method to retain the moisture. After baking it turns a bit too desicated. Any tips? ThanksDEBBY I ACTUALLY USED STEELEHEAD WE HAD RECENTLY CAUGHT. SO, PREPARATION TIME WAS LONGER. (NEEDED TO GRILL THE STEELHEAD) BUT I DIDNT MIND SINCE I ENJOY COOKING AND CREATING. IM THINKING OF TRYING A WHITE SAUCE TO DRIZZLE OVER THEM NEXT TIME. CRUST WAS A BIT DRY. BUT, STILL A VERY ENJOYABLE DISH!!!BJ I'm always looking for new ways to fix salmon so this one will fit in with my weekly recipes very nicely.
