Carl Very easy to make and tastes very good.Diana Thought it was rather sweet, but would make it substituting regular chocolate cookies instead of the cream filled ones.May This was a very excellent tasting white chocolate cheesecake. A very good texture and very flavorful in the mouth. Also great with toppings such as cherries, blueberries and strawberries.
