1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons bacon drippings
4 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper
1 tomato, peeled, chopped and drained

Saute onion and pepper in bacon drippings, until tender. Pour off most of the grease. (Do not add milk or cream to eggs.)
