freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoons thyme
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoons chopped parsley
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons dry red wine

Split birds in half and sprinkle each half with salt, pepper and paprika. Place each half on a square of heavy foil. Pour olive oil over birds and grease well. Place birds skin side down and fill cavity with other ingredients which have been mixed together. Fold foil squares around birds to keep in all juices. Bake in pre-heated 300 degree oven for 1 hour, or until birds are tender. Just before serving open foil packages, turn the birds skin side up, and raise oven heat to brown (approximately 20 minutes). Serve with pan juices.
