1/2 pound beef
1 cup tomatoes
1 eggplant, diced
2 cups summer (yellow) squash
1 cup cabbage, shredded
2 cups snap beans
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
salt and pepper, to taste




Put all ingredients into crock pot on LOW heat. Cook 7-9 hours.
Serve warm.
