Crockpot Chicken/Sausage Cassoulet

1 carrot, sliced
1 package lima beans, frozen
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 Boneless Chicken breasts
3 chicken drumsticks
8 ounces kielbasa, smoked

Place carrots, limas, celery and onions on bottom of crockpot which
has been sprayed with Pam. Combine tomato juice, bouillion, and herbs and
add to vegetables. Place chicken on top of vegetables. Cut sausage
into pieces and lay on top of the chicken. Cover the crockpot
and cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 5 hours. Remove
the bay leaf before serving.
