1 onion, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cans Great Northern navy beans with liquid
3 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon thyme, powdered
3 sirloin pork chops, cut in half
1/2 pound smoked garlic sausage, cut into pieces
1/4 pound bacon, cut in small pieces

Layer the ingredients in crockpot. Do not stir them. Cook 4 hours on high
or 8 or 9 hours on low.
