2 emvelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup grapefruit juice, fresh
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups avocado, pureed (3-4 avocados)
1 1/2 cups grapefruit, fresh sections
1 1/2 cups orange, fresh, sections

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add hot water and stir until dissolved. Stir in sugar, salt and fruit juices. Chill until mixture is thickened. Fold in avocado puree. Rinse a 6-cup ring mold with cold water and fill with gelatin mixture. Chill until firm. Unmold and fill center with grapefruit and orange sections.
