1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons paprika
2-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 lbs. boneless lamb, (or boneless beef) cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup Crisco® Vegetable Oil
2-1/2 cups water
1 envelope onion soup mix, dry
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in 2-inch pieces
6 carrots, cleaned and cut in 2-inch pieces
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves




Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper; coat meat with flour mixture. In Farberware® Electric wok, add oil. Set heat control dial at 350°F. Add meat, brown on all sides. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; turn Heat Control Dial to 250 degrees. Cook about 2 hours or until vegetables and meat are tender.
