8-10 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Put apples in crockpot and pour water over them. Cover and cook
overnight on Low. In the morning add the sugars and cinnamon and
then mush the mixture with your potato masher.
